Stop Hitting Yourself Day3

My Changes:

-reorgenized the Scenes 

-Main Menu

-Pause Menu

-Big and very easy to use Upgrade Shop (Upgrades function yet to be implemented)

-Scripts for Procedual Level Generation (not implemented yet)

I think this game has huge potential!
